Terms and Conditions

This site is a company (PartnerStore ApS) incorporated in Denmark, whose registered office is Baldersbuen 27, 2640 Hedehusene, Denmark. Our registration number is VAT no. 34463425. The following terms and conditions listed below apply between you and Partnerstore ApS for the sale and purchase of the items purchased through this site. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Validity
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in the event of changes having been applied.

 

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. PartnerStore ApS aim to ensure that the pricing of products on the web pages are correct at all times, however, this site may not accurately reflect the correct details at the moment at which your order is placed. PartnerStore ApS cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted and reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

 

Availability of Goods
All items are typically despatched within 2-3 days. In the event that we have insufficient stock to deliver the required goods, your credit card will not be charged until your order is despatched.

When you have completed your order you will recieve an e-mail confirming your order. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) delivery, and invoice details.

 

Payment
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and PartnerStore ApS will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.)

Shipping
Deliveries through PartnerStore ApS webshop are handled either by Post Denmark or in some circumstances others for larger deliveries. All orders are shipped when all tems are complete within the order. We ship to addresses all over the world. All deliveries are sent as ‘Postpakke' (parcels). Palettes are sent by others. All deliveries can be tracked via Post Denmark's website. Track-and-trace reference numbers are sent by email when the package is dispatched. If ttheres omething wrong or is the goods damaged on delivery, you shal contact the læocal postoffice/ Transporter to claim that the godds are damaged, and then contact us at mail: support@partnerstore.dk 

Returns
If you have altered or used a product in any way which may be deemed as misuse, the right to invoke lack of conformity is annulled. In the event of a complaint with the period of 7-24 months after purchase, you must prove that an error was present at the time of purchase. In any event, please contact PartnerStore ApS before returning the product.

Sales to Business
Businesses do not have the right to regret a purchase. The right to evoke lack of conformity is limited to a one-year period.

Force majeure
PartnerStore ApS shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

PartnerStore ApS places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide and for this reason we use advanced Internet security systems to safeguard your data. In addition, PartnerStore is protected by a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificate ensuring all data you send through, including your credit/debit card number, name and address, is encrypted and converted into code before it is securely transmitted over the internet.

Withdrawal period
According to the new EU rules, which come into force 13/6-2014, please notify us that you wish to return an item. This must be done within 14 days after you received the goods. Write to us at support@partnerstore.dk. Remember to state your order number!

Remember to fill out and attach the EU's statutory return form which you can download here when you advise us of your return. You shall contact us of your return, before you send the parcel back.

 

You are responsible for the returned item.

Be aware that with the new rules, it is you who is responsible for the returned item until it is in our care again. Wrap the package securely in, and use a reputable carrier. Remember to get a receipt at the parcel, so that the package is insured during transportation. You shall send return hour order with parcelservice, or else you are not insured.

 

Please also note that you should return the product in unused and undamaged condition to get all your money back. This will include say:

 

- The goods must be packed in bubble wrap and packaging similar to that which you received the package in

- The goods shall not be taken into use

- The goods must be returned in original bags, boxes, etc..

- The goods must be returned with all tags and any. repair and maintenance kits

- That there must not be written in, add or remove stickers from boots, bags, boxes, etc..

- The shoe boxes are considered part of the product when you buy rubber boots, waders, etc.. They must also be intact and must never be used as returnable.

  

Try the product in your living room.

You are of course allowed to sample the goods in your living room, but let all hang tags, etc.. sit on, Products, body odor, worn or damaged will not be refunded at full price. Items that have been washed, can not be returned because the product's water resistance can be destroyed by improper washing.

Returnable packaging, return shipping, fees, etc..

Save the packaging you receive your goods in, until you are sure you want to keep the goods. Partnerstore.dk does not reimburse the costs you may have to returnable when you choose to return an item. We will refund nor return shipping, fees you may have had to bank, credit card or payment when you paid the order.

Return in-service

According to the new EU rules, which came into effect. 13/6-2014, you are allowed to return an item after you start using it. However, the business (in this case the PartnerStore ApS) assessment based on the product's condition upon receipt, the proportion of product original sales price, we will refund. As PartnerStore ApS do not sell used goods, goods that bear the mark of being put into operation, will be set to a very low value. If you add to this that you have to pay the return postage and handling., You will often be better off if you sell the used product to another party.

When do you get your money back?

Once your return is received at the above address and evaluated by Partnerstore.dk, we will refund the actual amount to the credit card, the item is paid with. Returns cases processed within 2-3 business days. Be aware, however, that it may take some time before the amount is available in your account, depending on which payment method you have used.

Warranty
You have as a consumer 2 year warranty. Have you adapted or used a product in a way that is deemed as misuse will void the warranty. If you advertise 7-24 months after receipt of the item, you must prove that the defect existed at the time of purchase. Contact Partner Store ApS before it is shipped. 

 

Personal information 
No personal information is registered with PartnerStore ApS are never transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored safely and is accessible only to trusted employees at PartnerStore ApS. 

You can also optionally have your email address included on a mailing list from PartnerStore ApS so you can continuously receive news and other information from PartnerStore ApS. This service you can always sign up and unsubscribe as you wish.

Prices:
Partner Store ApS strives always to have updated prices directed from the subcontractors valid price lists.

Should our supplier side change the prices, it will be price increases, these changes without notice, just as any. price reductions.
At the same time we are also working to offer products in campaigns that cost terms is below the prevailing prices specified by our suppliers.
